Who is CaseMint designed for?+
CaseMint is designed for independent and multi-location dental laboratories that need one operational system for case intake, production scheduling, technician execution, documents, and logistics.
Can we configure our own products and production steps?+
Yes. Each lab maintains its own products, price levels, departments, materials, work calendar, closures, steps, capacities, and ordered product routes.
Does CaseMint support barcode workflows?+
Yes. Production steps have tenant-specific scan codes and printable Code 128 labels. Technicians can start and complete assigned work from the technician portal.
Can our existing lab data be migrated?+
Migration is planned and scoped per lab. We evaluate the current system, map master and transactional data, reconcile results, and plan a controlled cutover.
How is access separated between labs?+
CaseMint is built as a tenant-isolated platform. Membership and roles are enforced server-side, and each lab's operational records and storage mappings are scoped to that tenant.
