Privacy Policy

This policy explains the information CaseMint collects, why it is used, and the choices available to website visitors and service users.

Effective June 11, 2026

CaseMint provides cloud-based dental laboratory operations software. This policy applies to the public CaseMint website and CaseMint-hosted services unless a separate agreement states otherwise.

Information we collect

We collect information you provide directly, including demo requests, account registration details, support communications, and information submitted while using the CaseMint service.

We may also collect technical information such as browser type, device information, IP address, access times, referring pages, and application activity needed to operate, secure, and improve the service.

How we use information

We use information to provide and administer CaseMint, authenticate users, respond to inquiries, support customer workflows, secure the platform, diagnose problems, communicate service information, and improve the product.

Public demo-request information is used only for sales follow-up, product evaluation, and related business communications. The public form must not be used to submit patient information or other regulated data.

Customer data

Organizations using CaseMint control the operational data they submit to their tenant. Authorized customer administrators determine user access and are responsible for the lawfulness and accuracy of submitted data.

Use of regulated information is governed by the applicable customer agreement and any additional data-protection terms executed between CaseMint and the customer.

Service providers and disclosure

We use service providers for cloud hosting, database infrastructure, authentication, file storage, monitoring, and communications. They may process information only as needed to provide their contracted services.

We may disclose information when required by law, to protect the rights and security of CaseMint or others, in connection with a business transaction, or with your direction or consent. We do not sell personal information.

Security and retention

We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards appropriate to the nature of the service, including role-based access, tenant-scoped authorization, managed authentication, private file storage, and encrypted network transport.

No system can guarantee absolute security. We retain information for as long as needed to provide the service, satisfy legitimate business and legal requirements, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements.

Your choices

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information submitted through the public website, subject to legal and operational retention requirements. Customer users should first contact their organization's CaseMint administrator for tenant data requests.

Contact and updates

Questions about this policy may be submitted through the CaseMint contact form. We may update this policy as the service changes. Material revisions will be identified by a new effective date.
