Access to the CaseMint application requires an authorized account and is governed by the applicable customer agreement. You are responsible for protecting account credentials and promptly reporting suspected unauthorized access.
Submitted information
You represent that information submitted through the public website is accurate and that you have authority to provide it. Do not submit patient information, protected health information, payment card data, or other regulated information through the public demo-request form.
Intellectual property
The CaseMint name, website, software, interface, documentation, and related content are owned by CaseMint or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These terms do not transfer ownership or grant a license beyond the limited right to use the public website.

We may update these terms as the website and service evolve. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
